I've lost track of everything I've tried, but I'm sure I managed to add the file
and commit it, but now I have the situation that I get the file if I check out
to a new folder, but my original folder has "Undo Add..." in the menu for it and
the Commit dialog indicates that the addition hasn't been committed. Having
committed it once I'm not sure I should try it again just to see what happens.
