Can't create tunnel %1 on "show changes" in log view

Hi all,

I did a succesfull checkout of a svn+ssh repository, clicked show log.
Clicked on a revision and then double clicked a file commited in that
revision. After a little while tortoise reports back:
Can't create tunnel %1 is not a valid Win32 app (the last part is in
dutch so the actual english text might be a bit different).

I searched the issue tracker and the lists and there are several
occurence of this error message but they occur even before the users get
the checkout to work.
Checkouts works for me, as does: show log, statistics, commit, update,
revert etc
Diffing between revisions and blame however do not work.

I did find something about missing quotes maybe that is the case here as
well? See

I am using the latest version tortoisesvn version (1.6.7 build 18415). I
use Putty's pageant for the key storage. I did not change any setting of
TortoiseSVN to make svn+ssh work.

I love TortoiseSVN, can't live without it. This actually is the first
time it ever fails on me. Hope you guys can fix it. Keep up the good work!
