Bug: logmessage not updated in revision graph's tooltip text

Problem:
Changing the logmessage ("Edit log message") of a revision doesn't change the tooltiptext in the revision graph.

How to reproduce:
Open the "log message screen" (right click on a working copy and choose: "show log"), right click a message and choose "edit log message". Change the description to something else and close.
Now open the revision graph and hover the mouse over the changed message.

Note that I have the pre-revision preperty change hook active to be able to change log messages..
