Defect Report for Installation Doc - Apache passwd file location

I was following instructions from:
http://tortoisesvn.net/docs/nightly/TortoiseSVN_en/tsvn-serversetup-apache.html

It stated to create a password file to execute:
bin\htpasswd -c passwd <username>

On doing this, I could not authenticate. The error.log said C:
\Apache2.2\paswd could not be found. This suggests that the passwd
file needs to be in the server app root. I moved it there and I can
now authenticate.
