TSVN Using Illegal Character In Local File Path On Checkout

From: James <jwalvies_at_gmail.com>

TSVN: v1.6.7
Subversion: v1.4.4

When I try to check out a new working copy the Repo Browser throws the
following error:

Command: Checkout from C:/DOCUME~1/XXXXXX/LOCALS~1/Temp/svn+ssh:/
XXXXXXX_at_XXXXXX.XXX/home/XXXXXXX/data/repository/master_repository/
XXXXXXXXXX/trunk, revision HEAD, Fully recursive, Externals included

Error: Can't check path

Error: 'C:\DOCUME~1\XXXXXX\LOCALS~1\Temp\svn+ssh:\XXXXXXX_at_XXXXXX.XXX
\home\XXXXXXX\data\repository\master_repository\XXXXXXXXXX\trunk': The
filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is

Error: incorrect.

Finished!:

Based on the output it looks like TSVN is attempting to add a colon to
the the folder name 'svn+ssh:' which is invalid for Windows.

Has this bug been verified by others and is there a work around for
it?

Thank you for your time,

James A.
