diff options of TortoiseMerge should be on the toolar for quicker access

hi,

i often have to change whether to ignore whitespaces and cases changes due to the nature of the source files/languages i'm looking at.

having to first open the settings dialog to get to these options seems like a waiste of time when there is so much space left on the toolbar...

and maybe it would be even a good idea to have keyboard shortcuts for this...
