hide unrelated paths should take renames into accound

hi,

i just stumbled over an not so obvious but probably "correct" limitation of the "hide unrelated changed paths"; namely:

it doenst work transparently on the true object history, but (i guess) it just does merely a string comparison of the paths. i suspect this is in b/c of performance considerations.

as a consequence it will not show the correct change sets when there have been moves/renames.

setting the perf. issue asside i think it would be worthwhile to have another checkbox to allow to do this rather costly operation even it is just to give a visual feedback to the user that the normal operation has this limitation and if the user be willing to wait a little longer to compute the correct filtering (which could also happen as background process by default).
