Can I ignore some changes "in a file"

Hi,

I have searched the forum but can not find a solution for my specific problem. I am using SVN with Code Composer Studio application. My Project file contains settings of my project and it also includes the "absolute" path of the project file. So I want to commit the changes made in the project file except a line which states the "absolute path" which is different for every user.

Is it possible?
