I assume you used the "branch/tag" operation in the TSVN context menu?
If so, you did the right thing and probably created a tag somewhere.

Does the tag URL contain the part "tags", e.g.
http://my.server/repos/tags/r1.0.1?
Also, open the log dialog and check what path got copied ("copy from path"):
Maybe, you tagged only a sub-folder or even a single file. Those tags would
not show up in the revision graph of the parent folders.

Finally, did you uncheck the "View -> Fold Tags" menu option?
As long as it is checked (default), tags will only be indicated by
small yellow markers on the source revision nodes.
