oh ok, sorry, I found it now !
Yes its a solution, but by using TortoiseSVN and its "command line" with
TortoiseProc.exe is useful with the option /closeonend:2 wich permit to
view in a separate and specific window if something get wrong while
commiting...
I dont know how it works with the svn.exe...
I downloaded it and I will test it tomorrow.

Humphhh, they have a long work to fill the bibliographic file, each user
may have around 200 to 500 articles to enter...
Anyway, I'm a developper and I know that enter a log message is
important while developping a project but in this case, they REALLY dont
need to add a comment while commiting...
