Installation error for tortoise SVN

I keep getting a installation error when im trying to install tortoise svn...

I looked at all the reported bugs and errors and none of them seems to fit mine, ive added a picture of the error in the attachments please take a look at it. I tried to download different verisons and tried the 64 bit but it still wont work...

Please help me fix this problem.
