Since you have a conflict and those separators just separate the two
conflicting changes, that doesn't make sense. Even without them, you would
still have the two conflicting changes, only this time not separated. Do you
perhaps want the "resolve using mine/theirs" instead?

Anyway, depending on what you're doing, here's an approach that is sometimes
easier than the dialog to resolve conflicts: Just mark the file as
acknowledged and then look at the diff. You can select individual changes
(Control-Up/Down) or mark a section with the mouse. Then, from a right click,
you can easily undo those changes you don't want in your source files. Also,
the diff view allows you to manually edit the files including basic
cut'n'paste.
