Lock icon on files

I have locked some files on my WC and I have make any change in my WC
and then I have commit this change (with option "keep lock" flagged).

After I deleted contents of folders (WC) where I have checkout my project.
Then I have checkout the same contents from repositories to the same
folders (WC). Now I don't see icon that point that the file are locked
also if I can't locked the files because they are locked in
repositories. It' a refresh problem?
