Bug: Apostrophe (single quote) in filename kills Tortoise

When using TortoiseSVN, if you run SVN Update, and one of the files being
pulled down has an apostrophe/single quote in the name, it breaks
TortoiseSVN (v1.6.6.17493), as it says the file doesn't exist, and won't
proceed further.
