Feature Request: Option to Lock on Checkout

It would be nice to have a user selectable option to LOCK files immediately on check-out.

Now, I understand this may appear counter to the subversion philosophy of NOT locking files,
however, in the case of binary files that are not source code this is the best option.

Perhaps just add a context menu item 'Checkout with Locks...' that users can use in the context menu as an alternative to 'Checkout...'
That way users can select the option in general the settings tab of the preferences dialog.
