Then please, download the debug symbols from here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/tortoisesvn/files/
(the file with the "pdb" in its name, compressed with 7-zip).

copy/move the debug symbol files to c:\program files\tortoisesvn\bin and
wait for the crash. Then start a debugger and send me the stack trace.
