I think the point is that it would be nice if <otherkey>-refresh would
actually update the cache rather than simply bypassing it (I can't think
of a time where if you bypass the cache you wouldn't also want it
updated).

Are you saying that Ctrl-Refresh updates the cache? Perhaps something in
a tooltip to this effect would be helpful...
