A little encouragement for all translators

Hi Folks,

here's an intermediate translation status report for r17915. Take a look
at the right column "branches/1.6.x". Isn't that cool? Almost all GUI
translations are in perfect state for the next release!

Several doc translators still have a long way to go, but I'm confident
that most of the manuals will be finished for the 1.7.x release of
TortoiseSVN some time next year :)

A big thanks to all of you for your contribution! I'm really happy with
the community effort.
