Merge Dialog - Log - Cancel Button (Nightly)

Hi,

Using nightly build 1.6.99 (Build 17771), the "Cancel" button on the
Log window used to select the revisions does not appear to work. The
standard close button on the top right does not work, and neither does
the "Esc" key.

I have tested with 1.6.6, and it appears to work correctly there.
Unfortunately, am unable to test with the latest nightly at the
moment.
