Diff-Scripts directory?

I was just doing a reinstall of TSVN, and I usually do an uninstall
first. I was left with [only] a Diff-Scripts folder in the install
directory, which does NOT overlap with the contents of the Diff-Scripts
folder after doing a new install of the nightly build from

TortoiseSVN-1.6.99.17710-dev-x64-svn-1.6.6-dev.msi

The "orphans" include the diff scripts -docx.js, -ods.vbs, -pptx.js,
-xlsx.vbs, and the merge scripts -docx.js, -odt.vbs, and -sxw.vbs.

Again, installing the above MSI file does NOT place these scripts into
the Diff-Scripts directory. Are they not used any longer, or was this
just a temporary packaging glitch with that MSI file?
