Here's what I've done:
* right-click on my TSVN working copy, choose "merge"
* in the merge wizard, click next (radio button is on "merge a range of
revisions")
* click on "show log" (url is
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk)
* in the log dialog, select several revisions with the Ctrl-key down
* hit Ctrl-enter
--> dialog closes, the merge wizard shows the selected revisions in the
"revision range to merge" edit box.
