moving repositories issue

From: Ben <bhohman_at_ghplp.com>

We use VisualSVN to store our repositories and recently installed
VisualSVN on a new file server and forgot to copy the svn-repos folder
to the new server, so as a result we have different revision levels.
The issue is I am getting a "could not read chunk size: secure
connection truncated" when I try to update my local copy.

Assuming VisualSVN follows the proper conventions for implementing a
HTTP svn repository, what should I do? I have the the last changes
made locally on my system, should I copy the svn-repos folder from the
old server to the new server.
