The admin of the repository failed to reload the dumpfile while preserving the
UUID. Tell the admin to reset the UUID to the old value with 'svnadmin
uuid ...'.
Note: It could also be the case that this really is a different repository and
that you simply mixed some things up. Use the repository browser to check if
the content and history is what you would expect it to be.
