Ignore comment lines in TortoiseMerge

Sometimes I would find it usefull to be able to changed lines that are
comments.

I know that it's hard to find out if a line is a comment by at least support
line comments like:
// this is a comment
and
# this is a comment

so if I could toggle a button to only show "no line comments change" it
would be great!
