Tortoise SVN missing context menu on special folders

Hello,

I am using Tortoise SVN Version 1.6.6.17493 which seems to be the latest
version.

I am wondering why there is no context menu on some special folders like
"Fonts" or "Favorites" ("Favoriten" in German).

I want to check in my "Favorites" to make them common to all computers I am
using.
