Works for me.
Are you using PowerDesk or straight Windows Explorer?
Is it only using the desktop as a target which causes this?
Does a copy using Ctrl-C Ctrl-V trigger the same crash?

Doing a Windows copy (as opposed to an SVN copy) does not use
TortoiseSVN at all so there is no obvious reason why TSVN should be
causing this particular crash.
