Move a folder to a new repository.

Hi,

I need to move a folder structure from one repository to another. Just a
quick question. does TSVN provide a way to move/copy a folder to a different
working copy (essentially a different repository) - or do I have to use the
command line svnadmin dump/load and svndumpfilter?

I just want to make sure TSVN doesn't have some hidden shift/control right
click menu option that essentially does the same.
