Re: Is Windows Server 2003 and 2008 supported?

I'm trying to connect to it from TortoiseSVN and this is the error I'm
receiving:

"Error * Can't connect to host 'co-formsdev': A connection attempt
failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a
period of time, or established connection failed because connected
host has failed to respond."

Can someone please tell me what the problem is? Thank you.
