Relocate error

I am using 'Relocate' to point an existing checkout to a new server. It worked for one repo: "Working copy relocated to http://new.server.com/svn/xyz". However the second one is giving a dialog box:

OPTIONS of 'http://new.server.co%e2%80%8bm/svn/xyz/trunk': 200 OK (http://new.server.com)

and doesn't relocate to the new server.

Any suggestions?
