I understand the reasoning, but wouldn't it make more sense to just
uncheck the checkbox rather than disabling the button.
The way it is now,TSVN is disabling a standard feature of Windows that
is available in all other programs. I don't like programs that change
these settings either, but in this case, it is not the program but the
user that would change the setting -- and I believe it's a user
setting.
