Using Tortoise with Aptana Studio.

I just started using Tortoise. After few days of tweaking with Aptana Studio and Tortoise, I am finally able to integrate Tortoise with Aptana Studio.

Tortoise is a wonderful product [@Stefan. :)] and I am enjoying using it with Aptana Studio, which again is a wonderful product.

I want to know about few options:

(1) While I am working on one machine and the repository lies there itself, what is the use of "Synchronize with Repository" option? Please let me know the page numbers of the Tortoise documentation where I can learn more about it.

(2) While I am accessing my repository from Aptana, do I need any other way to check-out my project folder? I guess, when my project lying in Aptana Workspace has been integrated with Tortoise, Aptana automatically checks-out my project?

But, I am using the same folder as the working folder. The documentation says that when the folder is right-clicked and the Check-out option is selected, Tortoise creates a working copy in an empty folder. But this is not what I am experiencing while working with Aptana.

Thanks and Regards,
Rohit Prakash
