Error with new SVN Setup

Hey guys,

I just setup SlikSVN v.1.6.5 on my machine using svnserve and I'm trying to connect to it using TortoiseSVN v.1.6.6 and I'm getting the error message:

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

I've tried using localhost as well as my local IP address and it doesn't seem to be working. I can however use the svn command line to access the server and submit stuff that way.

Does anyone have any ideas on what might be happening?
