Log comments in source file?

I am using TortiseSVN in MS Visual Studio 2008. I cannot seem to find out how to get the comment logs reflected in the source file itself. (I am using VB.NET and VC++ in the same project.)
I would like the log history to show up in the source files as comments. (I remember seeing this in an old project for a former employer using a different repository system.)

Is this still done? Is it stupid to do this? Where is the setting and how do I make the template for the entry?
