unable to commit part2

I have talked about my problem related to unable to commit on google
code server in my previous thread.
I have a news: I am able to commit if I connect my pc to my router in
wireless mode and I am not able to commit when I try to connect my pc
to router with a network cable. I have replaced the cable and internet
with it work well.

Have some suggest?
