Problem when install TortoiseSVN

hi ! my name is Luan

I had a problem when trying to Install TortoiseSVN .1.6.5 on Windows Xp Sp3

I have already installed Windows Installer 4.5 and NetFrame 3.5 sp1

But it abort t install with this message

"Error reading from file D:\DiLam\THP\Subversion\install\Subversion_4_Win\TortoiseSVN-1.6.5.16974-win32-svn-1.6.5.msi.  System error 1008. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."

Plz help me sovle that problem !
