Pour changer svn:log, il faut que hooks/pre-revprop-change retourne zero. Le
soeul chose il faut faire dans hooks/pre-revprop-change.tmpl est de lire[1]
et verifier que l'auteur est le meme que de l'original.

Le scripte hooks/pre-commit.tmpl a deja cette fonctionne, mais il faut
l'activer.

In order to change svn:log, you must return zero from
hooks/pre-revprop-change. The only thing to change in
hooks/pre-revprop-change.tmpl is to read[1] and verify that the new author is
the same as the original author.

The script hooks/pre-commit.tmpl is already prepared for that, you only have
to activate it.
