As I said: turn off the virus scanner.
The fact that it works inside your LAN doesn't exclude the virus scanner
from being the problem, because they usually "trust" traffic inside a
LAN and only interfere with traffic that goes outside the LAN.

Otherwise, the only thing that would be left are routers and proxies.
