unable to commit

I use tortoisesvn

I have done a checkout with this address
https://capra3d.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/

the operation work fine.

I add a filename vmware-1.log and operation work fine.

When I try to commit I get this error:

D:\capra3d\Model\vmware-1.log
Commit failed (details follow):
