RE: Unable to restore branch

I only have the one file that is listed in the repo-browser.

Maybe it's in the way I did the branch/tag that caused this? I
right-clicked the file and chose branch/tag. For the repository "From
WC at URL" it didn't allow me to change it so I left it at the trunk
reference to the file. For the "To URL" I chose
"path/to/branch/ISR101290". I left it checked to use a specific
revision in the repository. I also checked the 'switch working copy to
new branch/tag'.. which I think may be the problem. The whole directory
is locked now. If I right-click on the OMS directory I can see the
subversion property says 'locked: yes'.

(Sorry for the top-posting, but it's what my reader provides.)

Thanks for any help.

Do you by chance have two files/folders anywhere there that are
identically named but with different case?
