*an error occured* please help

when i try to install tortoiseSVN 1.6.5.16974 (32 bit) i get this error message when it's almost finished and it rolls back and doesnt install

An error occured during the installation of the assembly component {9DA4DC8A-9731-3F0E-8BD5-FC17CA6848AD}HRESULT:0x800736B3.

please tell me what i can do to prevent this
