Something prevents the c-runtime component from getting installed. Seems
your virus scanner thinks this component (signed by Microsoft and used
by millions of users) is dangerous and won't let it get installed.
Or your harddrive is defect, but with my experience with virus scanners
I don't think it's your harddrive (even though I lost a lot of drives
due to hardware failures over the years).
