"An error occured during the installation of.."

Hey, i have vista and 64 bit, when i try to install TortoiseSVN 1.6.5.16974 (64 bit), I get this message:

"An error occured during the installation of assembly component {3FA0170E-227C-37C7-BAC0-64691A992C81}.

When i press ok, the installation is cancelled..
