TortoiseSVN slowed down my windows login

I just installed TortoiseSVN 1.6.5 on Friday and nothing else. When I started my computer up after I installed it, my computer took 2 minutes to start up after I enter my password instead of the usual 5 seconds. Now this isnt that big of a deal but it still frustrates me. Thanks for any help.
