I added a community comment to the MSDN doc about this here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc144123%28VS.85%29.aspx. Although I don't see it displayed any more. Not sure why.
If someone knows how to request this limit be raised. It seems like is has to do with the System Image List I would be happy to vote for it as important. As I assume every TortioiseXXXX users would.
