No Icon Overlays With 1.6.5 Version

Hi,

I am using XP 64bit Pro, and the icon overlays will not display on any og
my local drives, however, they do display on the network drives. I've
rebooted & restarted the cache process, unchecked the fixed drive option
and just put the local drive paths into the includes list, but nothing has
worked so far. Has anyone experienced this behavior?
