SVN Client installation on windows 2003

Hi
Want to install Tortoise client on windows 2003 server. Windows 2003 server is hosting various commercial applications.
Want to know:
Will there be any impact of installation on other applications, system DLL's?
                Windows 2003 server is hosted in Citrix environment. Applications installed on Windows 2003 server are accessible through citrix icon. Can SVN client be accessible through a citrix icon?
