Couldn't find "Remove from ignore list" option

Hi,

I'm using Tortoise SVN client 1.6.5, and have ignored certain folders using
"Add to ignore list" option on the Tortosise SVN menu. But I am not able to
remove a folder from the "ignore list". I've also removed the folder name
manually from the "svn:ignore" property. But it is still not working. I've
the same problem with Tortoise SVN 1.6.3 , so I upgraded but no use..

Can anyone tel me why the "remove from ignore list" is not visisble?
