Commit Comments Suggestion

Hi,

First off, hats off and thanks to all the developer community to come up with such a great product!

I have a suggestions: Is it possible to put templates to the comments for commits, in an effort to make the comments homogenous across developers. These templates could be somewhere in the Turtoise settings or in text files etc.
