TortoiseMerge : "Open from clipboard..."

Hi,

It's said here http://tortoisesvn.net/docs/release/TortoiseSVN_en/tsvn-dug-patch.html#tsvn-dug-patch-2 that you may use "Open from
clipboard..." but I can't find this possibility in the Open File Dialog. What may I miss ?
