You can (and in many cases need to) install both the 32-bit and 64-bit
versions on Win64. The 64-bit TSVN doesn't function in the file dialog
boxes on 32-bit apps, and the 32-bit version doesn't function in the
32-bit Windows Explorer.

So no, the 32-bit version's installer shouldn't prevent installation
on a 64-bit OS.
